With over 480 miles of shoreline, come and enjoy yourself in our corner of the natural state. Let our years of experience and know how help to enhance your experience whether it be on kayaks, paddleboards, jet skis, boats, and more. Also inquire about group/corporate events . We now have TWO locations. Our, on the water site is a few miles East of Downtown Rogers, Arkansas, located at 18895 Coppermine Lodge Rd. Rogers, AR and can be reached at 479-877-4984. We also have our Prairie Creek location at 14566 AR-12 Rogers, AR and can be reached at 479-877-8839. The Prairie creek location requires you to transport all equipment in your own vehicle. If you don't have a way to transport equipment, no worries! Our location at Coppermine Lodge has you covered with direct lake access.

What kayaks do you offer? We offer single and double mostly sit on top kayaks. Life jackets are included. We require every participant to know how to swim.

How old do you have to be to rent ? We require you to be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license. Anyone born after Jan. 1st, 1986 is required by Arkansas state  law to have a boaters safety certificate approved by NASBLA. This is available online.

We rent tubes for use with your own personal water craft. Multiple tubes with person capacity from 1 to 4 persons.

Our private primitive private camping is located in Rocky Branch with direct access to the beautiful shores of Beaver Lake approx 1 mile from Rocky Branch Marina. Book online through the Hipcamp website under the listing name "Freshlife". All Beaver Lake Outdoor Center rentals are available for delivery and pickup in that area only, schedule permiting with a Freshlife camp booking and prior reservations of at least 24 hours. *NOTE* Contrary to popular belief there is no boat dock. Anyone found to be on a dock will be considered as trespassing and may be subject to prosecution.

 48 hours prior to your excursion departure are nonrefundable (48 hrs for jet skis as well). Reservations made on same day are nonrefundable. Rescheduling for same day trips will only be made if our scheduled time allows. We need at least 3 hours notice to try to make those accommodations.

 Our number one priority is your safety. In the event of thunderstorms at your departure time, you will have the option to reschedule your activity or receive a refund. If your already on the water and it begins to rain while your out, we can not refund your payment. We are happy to reschedule the remainder of your time, if scheduling permits. If you are concerned about weather being an issue, please check in advance before making your reservation.

If you would like to reserve please give us a call at (479)-877-4984. To reserve equipment you must pay in full as a deposit. If you reserve within 48 hours of your excursion your deposit is non-refundable. The furthest ahead of time you can reserve is one month.

For all equipment excluding jet skis, you have an hour from your reservation time to show up before you lose your deposit and reservation. No shows will be cancelled with no refund. Sorry, no exceptions.

What If I'm Late for my Jet Ski reservation?

No shows or anyone more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled with no refund. Sorry no exceptions. Arriving on time is crucial for keeping everyone else's reservation on schedule. Please be considerate of others reservation times and plan ahead. Be sure to check in at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation so we can check you  in and go over  brief safety instructions (the safety/operation briefing takes approx 20 min). If you need to do any prep for your activity (sunscreen,bathroom,unloading car,drinks,etc.) please be sure to manage enough time prior to your reservation as we always TRY to depart at your scheduled time.

What If I'm Late for my Jet Ski reservation?

 Safety is our #1 priority. We inspect all of the equipment in the morning, in between rentals and again at the end of the day. We will go over the jet ski/PWC and how it operates before we put it in the water (the safety/operation briefing takes approx 20 min). If equipment is damaged by customers, they are responsible for the repair. One to three hours or more of sightseeing adventure awaits. You will experience the sweet water and picturesque scenery that is Beaver Lake.  Your time starts once on the water.

Places to stay

Coppermine lodge is the place to stay for anyone wanting to be on the water. Only a few miles from the town of Rogers. Take scenic hwy 12 to 303. Beaver Lake Outdoor Center is located on site for all guests and visitors. Come on down, to a slower pace and enjoy Beaver Lake the way it should be.
